2023–2024 FORMS TO COMPLETE FOR DUAL CREDIT REGISTRATION

Complete Apply Texas by May 5, 2023 for Northeast Lakeview College  - Apply Texas directions

After submitting your application, you will receive instructions to complete enrollment modules (the modules will take about 15 minutes). Deadline is May 19, 2023.

Students must provide all previous college transcripts to Northeast Lakeview College by June 4, 2023.

CTC Transcript Request - Click here if you need to request a transcript from CTC.

Students must provide Northeast Lakeview College permission to pull their TSI scores.

Parent Consent Forms can be picked up in the Counseling office and must be signed and returned to Mr. Teets. Deadline is May 24, 2023.
